XCHPool Contest Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility:

    This contest is open to all XCHPool farmers who meet the participation criteria. Each farmer, identified by a unique launcher ID, can participate only once. Any attempts to join the contest multiple times will be disregarded.

    Current XCHPool members are eligible to join the contest by following steps 2 and 3, omitting step 1.

    2 Contest Period:

    The contest runs from November 10, 2024, to November 20, 2024. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

    3 How to Enter:

    Ensure you meet the minimum requirements of 10TB of uncompressed plots ( >= 1000 points per day)

    Submit your launcher ID in the specified #giveaway channel on Discord and, for an extra entry, tweet your launcher ID with the hashtag #XCHPoolGiveaway and follow us on X (formerly Twitter).

    4 Winner Selection and Prize Distribution:

    The winner will be randomly selected using a simple randomizer script. All participants are given an equal chance of winning.

    Winners will be announced in the #winners channel on Discord at the end of the contest period, with a short delay for prize verification. All prizes will be distributed to the designated pool payout address after the contest closes.

    5 Privacy and Data Protection:

    By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection and processing of their launcher ID and related data solely for the purposes of contest administration and prize distribution.

    XCHPool respects your privacy. Personal data will be processed in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.     6 Cookies and Website Usage:

    7 Limitations of Liability:

    XCHPool reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in case of unforeseen circumstances that affect the fairness or integrity of the contest.

    By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.
